The Sheriff of Hertfordshire visited the National Speedway Museum in January 2008 where he and his wife were given a tour of the museum by those who help have played a large part in getting it up and running. Thanks is also due to George Barclay and his partner Linda who put in so much effort into raising funds along with all who donated funds toward the building of the museum and those who have donated and still donate items for display.
